CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. All services require a deposit: $10 for brow waxes/tints and $30 for brow laminations and lash lifts. Deposits go toward your service total, with the remaining balance due at the end of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, so please book accordingly!     •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Your deposit will be kept, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.     •    Same-day cancellations: You will be charged 50% of the service booked.     •    No-shows: You will be charged 100% of the service amount and cannot book again until the balance is paid. There is a 10-minute grace period for all services except brow waxes. Brow waxes are short in duration, so if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be kept. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
